Good.

Wonderful private beach. Large room & bathroom. Not too many options for breakfast, but it was fresh & delicious nonetheless. Location is central and very close to the pier by foot, car & motorbike.

The property is slightly rundown in a few areas. Needs a renovation.

Lovely beachfront stay, in incredible sea view room

The hotel was in a good location, right on the beach front. Had a gorgeous sea view room with huge panoramic windows and wraparound balcony (great for sunny days and monsoon storm watching), four poster bed and massive spacious room which was clean and comfortable, we had fresh towels and bottled water daily. The room had a big bathroom, fridge and air con, Staff were friendly and helpful, pool was nice and stepped right onto the beach. For the money spent can't complain was a lovely spot.

Yes the hotel was a little run down and could do with some maintenance, lots of people said this in reviews i read while booking, and yes there were parts that need improving, however you have to cut it some slack as a fairly large hotel on a remote island in Asia that is likely still only just recovering from covid pandemic, I think it's fair to cut it some slack at the price paid. If you want luxury flawless it's worth looking elsewhere. But if you want clean comfortable beach front in a good location and can overlook some rough edges then go for it!

view great, lunch and dinner great, short walk to Main Street with bars and restaurants. good but expect it not to be aw

the food at the restaurant for dinner was actually some of the best we had eaten on the island except breakfast was a little limited and bland. can highly recommend the Penang curry and the Caesar salad. the view from the front Seaview villas were amazing! 180 degrees of ocean front and they are huge rooms with wraparound balconies.

the pool was very difficult to get in and out of. the tiles were very slippery and also had sharp jagged edges which put us off going to the pool. dangerous for older people and kids. our room door was very difficult to open and spent 5-10 every time we left trying to get back in (room 301). the lack of help to get the door fixed as we were staying there 10 nights and no one fixed it.

The hotel is beachfront and in a great location The breakfast is good It’s a quieter part of the island, less nightlife noise We found the staff helpful.

Having stayed before COVID and seen it closed during COVID the hotel is now looking a bit shabby, rooms need a coat of paint, towels and linens could do with replacing. I hope they invest is the aesthetic areas as it’s really the only negative thing about our stay! One night there was a party in the pool and we couldn’t get hold of any member of staff

Nice location by the sea, two large and clean pools. Furniture was a bit old but everything was clean and they have been cleaning our room regulary. Nothing to complain in this matter. Breakfast were also fine.

Overall looking of the resort is a bit weird, it has a feeling like its going to be closed pretty soon. At the reception there is broken floor (slabs) - not very representing plus some used and old things are left on the floor, the corridors look very old and worn. But these things does not affect your stay, just will give you a bizzare feeling. Just a bit more maintenance would make a big difference.

Right at the beach. But the beach isn’t the best on Koh Tao. Take your scooter and drive a couple of minutes to get to better beaches. The pool is quite big but the entry is old and feels a little bit dangerous. The staff was very nice and did always a good job.

Good location, Beach front, nice view! the staff were friendly and helpful! the breakfast was good and the pool was nice! Would have been great with some incentive to use the nice bar, for example happy hour around 5 (sunset) as it was very quiet considering the nice location!

A lot of the room factitious needed an update, can assume this has to do with Covid, but in our room there were light fixtures that had fallen out of the wall, curtains were teared, and the toilet was leaking.

The rooms were clean. The pool was beautiful, looking out to the sea. Breakfast was good. They picked us up for free from the hotel we had stayed the night before & the staff was kind & helpful.

There were lots of rules. I understood this, as some younger travelers make noise, parties & don't take care of things. However, we hadn't used our pool towels the first day, so we saved them for day 2. Felt it was a waste to have them washed. We received a note on our door when we returned late at night, we were asked to return the clean towels so they could be washed. Crazy. In that way I thought there could be some flexibility with the rules.

It was in a very good location to walk around to the beach and main streets.

It was a bit dirty and the bed sheets came with stains that we asked them to remove and get new ones.

Was in a very nice quiet area but not to far from the main strip it’s like it’s own private beach section rooms where and the view was spectacular

A perfect location and great accommodation

Firstly, everything you need is close - the pier, downtown and Sairee beach with various kinds of entertainment as well. Secondly, big rooms, the greatest value for money (we rented sea and pool view with aircon cheaper than the same kind in another accommodation up to the hill, but without a pool). Good clean pool (no time restrictions), and the very hotel is right on the beach. In addition, every day cleaning, enough toiletries.

Something needs renovation- a gym definitely. Most workout machines are too old. Moreover, some bed linen and beach towels (not all - but there is a kind of lottery)
